In part cardio clear 7 one of this article we established what is holding you back from achieving your weight loss goals. Now in part two we’ll learn about how to do some things that will put you ahead of the pack.
I want to give you some ideas right now that you can try that will help you get ahead of everyone else. I bet right now you don’t have a clue on how to succeed at this or that, I’ll give you some pointers here on how to achieve a lean fit body.
Every good successful diet plan has these characteristics.
- A solid meal plan that includes a lots of water, fiber, and a very minimal amount of fats.
- An exercise plan that keeps the heart rate within a range where it is working in sync with your body.
- Little to no sugar, and definitely not white, processed, or high fat foods.
- A low stress level
- Plenty of sleep
- Positive mindset
- Flexible attitude
